🤫 My New AI Social Media Automation

This week I may have produced my best AI tutorial of all time (arguably lol)

It was based on this frequently asked question: "Ryan, how do you post daily content on all social media platforms without spending hours or burning out?"

The answer? I built an AI automation that uses one Google Sheet to post daily across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and more.

This week I made a detailed tutorial showing exactly how my Social Media Automation System works. Check it out!

🤔 What Makes My Automation Different?

Most social media automations are complete garbage. They post generic AI slop, break constantly, and cost $100s to run.

My system works because I don't let AI completely run the show. I handle strategy and quality control while AI handles the repetitive posting work.

Here's my Automation Stack that costs under $30/month:

  • Google Sheets (free)
  • Google Drive (free)
  • Make.com (free plan)
  • ChatGPT/Claude (free)
  • Blotato ($29/month for APIs)

That's it. My entire social media content is managed through one Google Sheet and a Make Automation (Click Here to get my Make Template)

No expensive social media tools, no complex AI agents, and no more daily posting stress.

My secret sauce is quality control - I spend about an hour each week reviewing my Google Sheet, checking captions, and ensuring everything looks good.

Idk about you but I would rather spend one hour per week ensuring my content is high quality vs relying on AI to do everything and hope nothing slips through the cracks (wishful thinking).

📊 The Real Numbers

After 3 months of using this automation, I wanted to provide some real numbers of what I'm actually seeing:

  • YouTube Shorts: 700-1,000 views per video consistently. Not viral numbers, but solid daily performance that compounds without any manual work.
  • TikTok: 300-700 views on average. APIs get throttled compared to native uploads, but I'd rather take the reach hit than stress about daily posting.
  • Instagram: 300-500 views per video. Steady engagement across posts. Again, not breaking the internet but maintaining consistent visibility.
  • LinkedIn & X (Twitter): Nothing crazy in terms of reach but posting daily on these platforms have generated me leads, created networking opportunities, and keeps me top of mind with my network.
  • Time Saved: From 5+ hours per week manually posting to 30 minutes filling out my Google Sheet and ensuring quality.

This isn't about going viral. It's about consistent, high-quality content without burnout.

I'd rather post every single day automatically and get 1,000+ views across all platforms than stress about manually uploading content and crossing your fingers.

I haven't missed a single day of posting in 3 months, and my content quality has actually improved because I'm not rushed or stressed about deadlines.

P.S. This social media automation saves me 5+ hours per week, but it's just one piece of the puzzle.
