🤖 3 Ways to Clone Yourself With AI

If you're creating any type of content like emails, social posts, blogs, videos, etc. understanding how to clone yourself with AI is a game changer.

I'm not talking about generic ChatGPT slop outputs that scream "AI wrote this." I'm talking about content that actually sounds like you.

I just dropped a full YouTube tutorial breaking down three different cloning methods.

Here's the full breakdown:

Cloning Method 1: Projects or GPTs (The Foundation)

This is where everyone should start. If you use ChatGPT, create a Project or Custom GPT trained on your actual writing and voice.

You can also create Projects in Claude, and if you use Google Gemini these are called 'Gems.'

My Recommendations for Better Results:

• Use ChatGPT Agent Mode to research your brand across the web
• Upload real writing samples (social posts, emails, articles)
• Add video transcripts showing how you actually speak
• Include a list of AI words to avoid (no more "delve" or "robust")

Suggested Tutorial: How to Create ChatGPT Projects​

I have over a dozen different files in my Ryan Doser personal brand project. One is my LinkedIn profile as a PDF, multiple writing samples, and podcast transcripts.

The key is giving it YOUR data, not just generic instructions.

Cloning Method 2: Google's NotebookLM

NotebookLM is honestly one of the best free AI tools right now.

Here's why it's different: NotebookLM only pulls from sources you provide. No random internet data. No OpenAI training data.

My Recommendations for Better Results:

• Add at least 10 sources (YouTube videos, PDFs, website URLs, MP3 files)
• Clone your YouTube channel or upload writing samples if you don't have videos
• Use the chatbot with a prompt that mimics your voice and style

Suggested Tutorial: How to Clone a YouTube Channel With NotebookLM​

I cloned my entire YouTube channel using NotebookLM and the results are wild. Every response shows exactly which video timestamp I said something.

If you don't have a YouTube channel, just upload the same files you'd use for a ChatGPT Project.

Cloning Method 3: AI Avatars With HeyGen + ElevenLabs

This one costs about $50/month total ($29 for HeyGen, $22 for ElevenLabs), but the quality is worth it if you're serious about short form content.

I'm posting one AI clone video per day on YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms using my Social Media Automation.

These aren't low quality AI slop videos. They are high quality shorts that look real, sound like me, are professionally edited, and provide value for my target audience.

My Recommendations for Better Results:

• Record high quality footage centered on camera with good lighting
• Use a professional microphone for clean audio capture with ElevenLabs
• Create multiple avatar looks (use different shirts & backgrounds)
• Hire a video editor overseas to make your videos look more professional

I'm very bullish on AI clones for YOUR content. Not AI UGC where you're faking someone else's likeness. That's unethical and cringe in my opinion.

🏖️ Thailand Honeymoon Recap

Since some of you have asked about my Honeymoon trip to Thailand, I figured I would quickly share my experience here!

Let me first say that spending 24 hours straight in airplanes & airports was not ideal 😂 But it was nice to unplug for a bit.

In two weeks my wife and I hit Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Phuket.

Bangkok: This was honestly the most chaotic city I've ever been to lol. Traffic is insane with motorbikes and Tuk Tuks. But a little outside Bangkok are the famous floating markets and train markets, and these were awesome to experience.

Chiang Mai: Probably my favorite city we visited. The vibes were a lot slower, the street food was amazing, and we toured an elephant sanctuary which was awesome. It's easy to see why a lot of digital nomads go here!

Phuket: This was our last leg of the trip and the perfect way to wind down. We stayed near the Mai Khao Beach and spent most of our time relaxing by the water, eating seafood, and exploring the Phi Phi Islands.

Experiencing different cultures and getting outside your comfort zone is so important for creativity and perspective.

I'm already looking forward to the next trip overseas somewhere!
