• Download any skill markdown file (mine, Anthropic's, whoever)
• Upload it to Claude Code with a prompt telling it to rewrite using your context
• Feed it examples of your best work so it learns your voice
• The result is a personalized skill that actually sounds like you

I even built a Skill Creator skill that creates other skills. Rewrites hooks, structures, formatting, all based on your examples.

🤖 Claude Code Agent Teams

Then it gets better. Once you have personalized skills, you can stack them into Agent Teams within Claude Code.

That's where multiple AI Agents collaborate inside Claude Code, each using a different skill.

One writes a LinkedIn post. Another drafts your newsletter. They share insights so no two platforms lead with the same angle.

Important Notes on Agent Teams:

• This will eat your Claude usage at scale (you need Claude Max for results)
• Switch from Opus to Sonnet before running Agent Teams
• Turn off extended thinking mode
• Agent Teams take longer to run than subagents
