🤯 This AI Side Hustle Caught My Attention

I saw a tweet the other day that made me pause. Someone was talking about building a side hustle as an AI Concierge for executives and business owners.

The concept is simple - You physically show up at someone's home or office and spend the day building them custom AI solutions, setting up AI systems, and providing anything else they need help with tailored to their business and life.

While I don't have an official offer for this yet, this 'AI Concierge' model is something I am highly considering in 2026.

I do offer virtual consulting, but in-person is the ideal format. You build faster, you catch things in real time, and the trust factor goes through the roof when you're sitting across from someone.

Most AI side hustles are a trap. I talked about this in my interview with Sabrina Ramonov.

Faceless YouTube channels, AI digital products, selling prompts, all that BS.

This is different because you're solving rich people problems. Executives and business owners will gladly invest $5K-$10K for something that saves them hours every week.

Compare that to burning yourself out appeasing top of funnel 'shiny object chasers' who refuse to spend $20 on AI.

Here's how I would structure this 'AI Concierge' service:

• $5K-$10K for the initial build in person (8-10 hours)
• $500-$1K/month for virtual maintenance and tech support (if the client wants that)
• 5-10 clients per month and you have a real cash flow machine
• Referrals drive the business clients who see positive ROI will tell their friends

And the best part about this? You don't need to run ads or build a funnel. One happy client tells their friends at dinner, and suddenly you have a referral engine among high earning individuals.

The reality is your network makes or breaks this and you also must know your s**t.

If you already know founders, CEOs, or executives who are tech curious but time poor, you're sitting on an opportunity most people don't even realize they have.

If you have the network but not the technical skills, that's fixable. If you have the technical skills but no network, that's a much harder problem to solve.
