Every guru on your feed has an AI SEO framework. Almost none of them run one on a real business.

I do every day for 7 and 8 figure clients like Blotato and others.

1) Nail the SEO foundation first. ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini pull first-page Google and Bing results to build their answers. Skipping Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools is shooting yourself in the foot.

2) Create content your ICP actually searches for. I cross-reference every topic against real search volume before writing. A post nobody asks for can't get cited.

3) Put a comparison table in every roundup and answer question headings in the first two sentences. Models lift chunks, not pages. That structure is why my community post got cited.

4) Build trust signals AI can verify. Author pages, reviews, and dofollow backlinks from sites you don't own. Every podcast guest appearance should link your site in the show notes.

5) Layer the AI-specific 20% last: an llms.txt file and schema markup (FAQPage, Organization, Author, Article). Machine-readable beats persuasive here.

Reality check: none of this pays off by next week. AI search moves in 60 to 90 day windows.
