🤯 Claude Code Just Got Way Easier

Claude Code is all the hype right now... But for non-technical users like myself, opening up a terminal can feel intimidating.

Anthropic just fixed that with Claude Cowork, a wrapper that brings Claude Code capabilities to anyone without touching a terminal.

Pro Tip: You need Claude Max ($100/month) and a Mac to access Claude Cowork right now. It's still in research preview, so I'd expect broader access soon.

Claude Cowork Use Cases I Tested:

1. Folder Organization: I pointed Cowork at my messy downloads folder and it organized everything into clean subfolders in about two minutes. Simple but effective.
   ​
2. Creating Podcast Clips: I also tried chopping up a 30-minute podcast into short clips. It worked, but the output was raw footage without transitions, captions, or music. Still needs MCP integrations to really shine.
   ​
3. YouTube to Social Teaser Videos: This one impressed me. I gave it a long-form tutorial and asked for a 15-second sped-up teaser video for LinkedIn and X. It created a vertical video with captions showing each step. Not perfect, but a solid first draft.

🤔 My Honest Take on the Claude Code Hype

I'm going to be real with you here.

I originally thought Claude Code was overhyped for your average AI user doing marketing, content, or general business tasks.

But after interviewing Mark Kashef (one of my favorite no-BS AI creators), I'm starting to change my mind on Claude Code.

Here's the thing: if you have AI Automations in Make or n8n that are working well, keep them running. Don't burn it all down just because some guru on LinkedIn told you to use Claude Code.

But if you have a workflow in your head that's been tricky to build, or you want more control than drag-and-drop tools give you, Claude Code is worth exploring.

The real power is in the feedback loops. When Claude makes a mistake, you can tell it to update its memory or scripts so it never happens again. You can't do that in most no-code platforms.

Cowork is actually a solid entry point. It gives you maybe 30-40% of the firepower without touching a terminal. Start there and see if it clicks for you.

My honest take? I'm not ditching my AI Automations anytime soon. But I am going to keep experimenting with Cowork and Claude Code for new workflows that would be a headache to build elsewhere.

🧠 How to Transfer ChatGPT Memory

I've officially canceled my ChatGPT Plus subscription 🤯 (I'll be making a new video on this next week)

But after 3+ years of chat history, I didn't want to lose all that valuable ChatGPT data.

So I figured out how to export my ChatGPT data and use it in Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM, or other AI platforms.

Quick Overview:

1. Export your ChatGPT data (Settings > Data Controls > Export)
2. Use a terminal command to split the massive JSON file into smaller MD files
3. Upload those files into NotebookLM as sources
4. Connect NotebookLM to Gemini or upload the MD files directly to Claude

The result? I created a "Brand DNA Construction Kit" that captures my writing style, tone, and patterns from three years of ChatGPT usage. Now I can use that context in whichever AI platform I prefer.
